I'm not able to reproduce anymore.

I think the problem here is that the command ./bin/cache purge --all does not reset the PhabricatorPeopleQuery cache.

Any comment about the first proposal would be awesome. Probably it's not so difficult

Yeah why not. Indeed not everybody using Phorge has an international audience, so it would be nice also to have a related option to eventually supress that info I guess.
