Generic task, so we don't need one for each minor change.
Ideally, every object would have a nice hovercard. There aren't many cards right now, and some of them need more information.
For example:

Partially related? Sometime I put my pointer hover the "Authored By <foo>" or similar fields, but they have no Hovercards. Probably easy-peasy?
Maybe it's easy, but I don't think it's related - there's some places where the handle has "do not hovercard", and there's probably legacy places where a user is printed but it's not using modern Handle, so there's no hovercard.
Also maybe Macro app could deserve a nice Hovercard :)
