Description

https://secure.phabricator.com/T12314 introduced task subtypes.
https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/phabricator/extensions/-/blob/wmf/stable/src/herald/SetSubtypeHeraldAction.php is custom downstream code which adds a "Change subtype to" Action to Herald rules for Maniphest.
