Description

Preconditions:

Have Phorge installed in /var/www/phorge or similar (NOT in /phabricator)
Run ./bin/aphlict start

What happens:

Reading configuration from: phabricator/conf/aphlict/aphlict.default.json
Usage Exception: Failed to read configuration file. Filesystem path "/var/www/phabricator/conf/aphlict/aphlict.default.json" does not exist.
