The hover-card for project should show the (first n bytes of) its description, so it's easier to figure out what some projects are.

Just as clarification do you have any other Hovercard in mind that has a description?

Currently, only Commits show anything like "description" (commit hovercard shows the commit message.

I'll probably add more hovercards eventually, including repos (w/description).
