I created an account on we.phorge.it and was told I need to wait for manual confirmation due to spam. Between registering and getting manually confirmed, every Phorge page is replaced with a "Wait For Approval" interstitial, including pages which I could view anonymously before - public tasks, help pages, even the main page. While not a big deal (I can still view pages in an incognito browser window), it's weird and a bit annoying, especially so in the case of we.phorge.it since its help pages are linked from other Phorge installs - e.g. I click on the formatting help icon in the task edit form on phabricator.wikimedia.org, and a new window opens with a "Wait For Approval" message...
