It's not hard to create an extension, but the docs are a bit scattered, and people aren't sure how to start.

Some things we can do:

• Make a diviner/wiki page with simple instructions on creating and testing an extension
• add an arc start-extension workflow that will generate the base skeleton for a new extension
• Have at least one good reference extension for people to copy from? Is that worthwhile?
• Probably lots more things
