Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. PHP 8.1.8, D25144,D25145,D25146,D25147,D25150 locally applied
  2. Go to http://phorge.localhost/diffusion/
  3. Select Create Repository in upper right corner to go to http://phorge.localhost/diffusion/edit/form/default/

Actual outcome:
Icons do not render, HTTP 500 error:
