I noticed that, the Feed of a Differential patch that is retitled, could be too much verbose:

Current situation:

<user> retitled <[MONOGRAM]>: <[CURRENT TITLE]>: from <OLD TITLE> to <NEW TITLE>

See that the current title is shown twice since it's also the new title.

Proposed change:

If the destination title equals the current title, just say this instead:

<user> retitled <[MONOGRAM]>: <[CURRENT TITLE]>: from <OLD TITLE>
