Description

In short, it would be nice to allow to edit your own "inline comments" in Differentials.

Success condition:

you visit a Diff
you add an inline comment to a random line
you can edit that line
you can see the history of that comment - as usual

I've explored a bit the codebase and this seems a desired non-feature.

But probably, this is good instead:

T15332: Allow comment authors to change their inline comment Status (Done / Not Done)
