Description

Today I deleted a Task comment form the web interface and I noticed that the Feed was still there. I think this is a problem and should be fixed.

Steps to reproduce:

publish a comment in a Task
delete that comment from the web interface

What happens now:

you still see that comment in the Feed (for example in the homepage Recent Activity)

What should happens instead:

The content is omitted from the Feed

OK no sorry, it already does not show any content.

It shows "foo added a comment in ..." but the content is not there, if you deleted it.
