Today I deleted a Task comment form the web interface and I noticed that the Feed was still showing its content. I think this is a problem and should be fixed.
Steps to reproduce:
* publish a comment in a Task
* delete that comment from the web interface
What happens now:
* you still see that comment in the Feed (for example in the homepage Recent Activity)
What should happens instead:
* The content is omitted from the Feed
