Summary

The current XHPast for Windows binary is too outdated and throws an error.
This binary has been compiled using MinGW32 and the instructions on a Phabrictor wiki document.

If you talk about the XHPast binary from D25535 (I copied my whole Arcanist folder into arcanistest and changed my %path%), then yes, XHPast works.
