This is an umbrella task under UX to cover all the content-creation workflows, created by human beings using a browser web, like:

• task creation from workboard
• task creation from dedicated form
• Phriction wiki page creation through form, etc.
• while uploading a file
• while clicking "Esc" by mistake
• etc.

In all the known cases, the user should not lose their work, without at least seeing a confirmation dialog. Also because Phorge encourages in writing the story of your life in a task description, so, losing your written work may lead to great frustration.

This task does NOT cover workflows that are impossible to be fixed by a generic website with a generic form (like - e.g. nuclear explosion in your datacenter).
