Although there may be many install-specific preferences details for a phorge install, it would be great to have an officially maintained way to launch phorge in various environments. One popular hosting provider is AWS and with tools like terraform, it should be possible to create a minimal template that launches a phorge instance. As a part of this, we will also likely need clean Docker containers.
