Steps to reproduce:

Create an All Day Event via /calendar/event/edit/form/2/
Go to https://we.phorge.it/calendar/query/month/ with a screen width of apprximately 1024px
Try to find out what the event is about.

Expected outcome:
A tooltip including the event name.

Actual outcome:
2 characters only, no tooltip.

Other comments:

The view switches between 920px (no events displayed at all, just a placeholder) and 921px width anyway but I assume that's a global setting.

Posted a diff in P15 which works for me - independent of the day|month|list view, make the existing tooltips also display the event title.

Another compromise could be, on small screens, hiding the time details and enlarge a bit the title. Example:
