Being subscribed by others should generate a notification

Description

For example, if someone subscribes me to a task, I would expect to get a notification about that, but currently I don't get anything.

To reproduce, do exactly just that (subscribe somebody else), without doing any other action.

I can reproduce but the title is so generic that makes this not actionable.

Better to limit the scope about what we know, that is, the subscribe transaction that is probably incomplete.
