As in GitHub 'saved reply' and GitLab 'comment templates', I think this feature would be quite useful to have @ Phorge. For example it could say 'did you do the homework in the new task template' sort or 'follow the code of conduct' boilerplate message, or 'go $elsewhere for that kind of thing' quickly.
