I think a diagram should have a title and project tags. Of course, there are some obstacles:

• these should be easy editable, maybe as an overlay or accordion form on the same view where the iframe is loaded
• in this form you could edit the subscribers too (making the ugly eye button unnecessary)
• the diagrams should then be searchable via the advanced search
• the title could be part of the remarkup rendering in some shape or form
