We need to have a way to track changes from phabricator. If for no other reason, to be able to merge them.

Discussing this with @speck we came to the conclusion that having a branch in the phorge repo that tracks phabricator master, and possibly another one tracking phabricator stable, would be beneficial. I can proceed in making that happen in short order, but gathering some feedback before proceeding wouldn't hurt.
