As we learned from the Big Crash Of May '25, the Nuance "GitHub" source is broken, and can take down an install.
I'm pretty sure that the GH apis simply changed in the many years since it was first written.

Todo:

1. Make Nuance more resilient to these kinds of errors
2. find a way to report errors in background tasks (nuance import, repo updates/mirroring, anything else?
3. probably fix the actual importer.

Nuance is "Prototype", so it's not enabled on most installs. We could also just delete it, but I feel there's room for it in the future of Phorge.
