It would be nice to improve the "Cats Facts" motivator, that is, this:

For example to:

1. Be able to click on the fact, and see a dedicated popup with the Motivator message (instead of just having a very small tooltip on mouse-hover on desktop)
2. (bonus point) Having a super-cute kawaii random cat meme, for at least 20% of the Motivator messages

These feature would allow to have a "2.0" Cats Facts, and every GitHub user will immediately migrate to Phorge.
