The ordering of Maniphest events when a new task is created are out of order. The triage of the event is shown before the creation of the event for example. In addition, the homepage feed shows the most recent action against the task, but not the creation of the task itself.

When a task is created, the ordering of events should be:

• <USER> created a new task
• <USER> created this task in space S#
• <USER> triaged this task as <PRIORITY> priority
