When a user is renamed on Phabricator, their automatic generated PFP remains the first letter of their old username.

Expected Behavior: If user foo gets renamed to bar, their automatically generated single-letter PFP should be B instead of F.
What happens: User foo gets renamed to bar and their PFP remains to be F instead of B.
