The ⏎ key on my keyboard has been misbehaving recently. Sometimes it creates two enter key press events when I press the key once, which results in Firefox sending the current form two times to the server. It would be awesome if Phorge detected that the form it received with the second request has already been processed and did not create a duplicate ticket.
