Happy new year! Happy new Phorge!

This release is not very exciting, with the exception of PHP 8 being officially supported.

We started this in the August release, but as of this stable release, PHP deprecation warnings will show up as little Setup Issues, rather then breaking the website completely.

Other big news is that the very old Chat Log application was finally removed (If you have any data in there - the data won't be deleted from the database, but will also not be available from the Phorge app; You'll have to extract it manually), and new Mercurial server should also work correctly now.
