I noticed that, if you install a brand-new Phorge/Phabricator, the `/project/` path says this:

> Projects are flexible __storage containers__ used as tags, teams, projects, or anything you need to group.
I think "storage container" is a bit counter-intuitive since we know that Tags do not "contain" stuff. A Tag is not like a directory, so that you change visibility permissions on that directory and everything tagged is also affected. Maybe a Space can be described as "storage container" but not a Tag.
Any rephrase tip?
