Change Details

`PhabricatorDashboardPanelListController` twice calls `$this->getApplication()` which is not defined in this class or any of its parent classes. Thus call existing `getCurrentApplication()` in great-grandparent class `AphrontController` instead. (`$this->getApplication()` was likely incorrectly copied from `*SearchEngine` classes where that method exists.)
