Having a conflicting timezone, the new notification should appear above the previous one. Click it to ignore the conflict. If you set again a conflicting timezone (or save again the current one that should be still conflicting) the notifications will come back. It just improves the UX, the previous behavior was not changed, you can still do the same thing in the previous way described in the task.
