Do the initial work to get everything running

This revision is not like another 😉 I want to collect your feedback If I am doing it right. So please not only consider this change, but the whole repository under r13. I'm implementing my first extension for Phorge and am very new to the entire code base. I'm trying to please the linting gods, but sure there is stuff that I'm missing, and I am doing wrong.
