This library contains a bunch of Trait-related cases, used to test Libphutil's
ability to handle that.

To use:
- run `arc liberate --clean`, to see if arc-liberate can handle the code
- run `arc test-traits` - a new workflow defined here - to see that the
  autoloading works correctly.

Feel free to add more test cases.
