+
+A tool to migrate Bugzilla bugs into Maniphest.
+Currently tailored specifically for FreeBSD Bugzilla instance.

+## Principle of operation
+
+1. Fetch phase
+
+    Bugphest will create a local sqlite database and populate it with bugs from bugzilla first.
+    Then it will fetch all comments and attachments associated with those bugs.
+    At this point sqlite database will be populated and available for manual querying.
+    This may be necessary for data grooming, i.e. not all fields may be useful or necessary,
+    user may want to remove closed bugs etc.
+
+2. Upload phase
+
+    Bugphest needs a populated sqlute database to run this phase.
+    It will iterate over each sqlite database bug and upload them to Phorge.
+    It will create comments for each Maniphest Task corresponding to comments in bugzilla bugs.
+    It will create raw Diffs from attachments and link them to Tasks.
+

+
+Currenly only fetch phase exists, it is run automatically
